Become a pivotal player at Vector Institute as the Director of Data Strategy and Partnerships in Toronto. Lead strategic data governance and partnerships that advance AI research and education.
Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will drive the evolution of the data strategy across various sectors. This role requires fostering relationships with external partners and ensuring adherence to data governance practices. You will navigate responsibilities that enhance collaboration across health, technology, and academia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the evolution of Vector’s data strategy
• Create and sustain partnerships in public/private sectors
• Implement data sharing initiatives with stakeholders
• Establish best practices for data governance and compliance
• Supervise the work of project management and stewardship teams
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in a related technical or business field
• Five years of experience in data strategy management
