Responsibilities

  • Daily meetings with the Team Leader to discuss strategies and define the daily activity schedule.
  • Concretize sales, conduct outreach via phone or WhatsApp, identify yourself, offer and demonstrate the features and benefits of the plan services, highlight all advantages of admission and answer questions.
  • Present price table, explain payment methods, fill out the contract and request signature.
  • Register the contract, issue and send the payment booklet to the client through an external agent or by post.
  • Receive admission or other installments if the client wishes to prepay, and arrange disbursement.
  • Deliver registered contracts and admission payments to the leader.
  • Follow up and, if necessary, contact the client regarding payment.
  • Instruct the client to use the Prevenir App and our benefits.
