Vendor coordinator

Part of the Hoam Ventures Group, VendorSmart is a platform that connects property managers with a broad network of specialized service providers. Through this, we simplify and enhance the management of condominium projects.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Operations Coordinator to support our RFP (Request for Proposal) process and vendor management operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified vendors, coordinating proposal follow-ups, reviewing bid submissions, and ensuring all vendor and RFP information is properly documented in our systems. You will work closely with vendors, Community/Association Managers (CAMs), and internal teams to help keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.
