Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in management consulting, advising clients on business strategy and operations.
5 years of experience in consulting and managing cross‐functional projects.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a contract role with a professional services and consulting organization.
Ability to deliver business transformation programs in a fluid, and dynamic environment.
Ability to identify and understand business problems, and craft creative, impactful solutions.<...
