Overview

Verification & Validation Engineering Specialist – London, ON. Onsite role reporting to the Verification/Validation Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Combine hands‑on testing, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to support verification and validation of electrical and electromechanical products.
• Use AI‑enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot, Jira, Confluence) to accelerate documentation, test development, and problem identification.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, build test setups, and partner with engineering teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
• Conduct verification and validation activities to ensure products meet functional, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Participate in laboratory testing, field verification, and development of new test protocols, plans, DVP&R content, and acceptance criteria.
