Leadership Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain TA team flow throughout the workday to ensure efficiency and patient care standards are met
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the TA team
• Create and manage break schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times
• Act as a point of support and guidance for TA team members during shifts
