Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and love working with animals and their owners? We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Guildford Vets for Pets.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our busy practice.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with some flexibility available.

Key responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and their pets with warmth, empathy, and professionalism

Managing telephone enquiries, emails, and appointment bookings

Processing payments and pet insurance claims

Banking and daily cash reconciliation

Managing outstanding debt and payment queries
