Job Description

Here at Usk Veterinary Centre, we are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person to join our close-knit team. You will be our client's first point of contact, so a professional, courteous manner is essential.This role is based across both our Usk and Caerleon surgeries.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and handle telephone inquiries promptly.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, cancelling, and rearranging.
  • Record, pass on, and follow up on enquiries.
  • Process payments, including PDQ machine usage, and allocate them on the system.
  • Promote services, manage debt control, and cash up daily.
  • Maintain a clean reception area and process clinic emails.
  • Attend team meetings regularly.
