Responsibilities
- Develop clinical skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, and radiology.
- Work alongside experienced veterinarians and RVTs to enhance hands-on competencies.
- Improve communication with medical teams and clients to support high-quality patient care.
- Participate in practicum activities for two to eight weeks, aligned with the student’s schedule and career goals.
Qualifications
- Eligible students are those enrolled in an accredited veterinary technology program in Canada and completing their final practicum in their final year.
