We are looking to attract a Segment CHRO to lead the people strategy for a highly profitable, rapidly growing global manufacturing business operating in a high-performance, results-driven environment. This leader will partner closely with the President to drive operational excellence through talent, building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and differentiated performance across a multi-site, global footprint.
