Position Summary
A PE-backed specialty food manufacturer ($250M+ in revenue) is hiring a Vice President of Supply Chain to own its entire upstream supply chain: procurement strategy, purchasing, vendor relationships and redundancy, co-manufacturing network management, and raw material inventory health.
The role reports to the executive team and partners daily with Operations, Finance, R&D, QA, and Commercial to ensure uninterrupted supply at competitive cost for major retail customers.
This is a strategic and hands-on role. The VP sets direction, builds systems, and negotiates at the highest supplier levels while ensuring the buying team operates with rigor.
