Role Overview A global organization is seeking a Video Conferencing Operations Engineer  to manage and support enterprise video conferencing systems. This role ensures reliable, high-quality communication experiences by maintaining system performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting ongoing improvements in collaboration technologies. 
The position works closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to deliver seamless video conferencing services across a global environment.
