ABOUT THE ROLE


You turn raw footage into ads that stop the scroll. You'll edit short-form video ads for Meta & TikTok alongside Creative Strategists and Creator Coordinators - and you'll own the quality of every edit you touch, from first cut to final caption check.


WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Edit 5 short-form ads per day (45–60s) for Meta & TikTok.
  • Own your edit quality - pacing, b-roll match, storytelling flow - and fix what's off before anyone else has to point it out.
  • Source missing footage yourself - AI generation, internet scraping, whatever it takes. Don't stall the project.
  • QA every deliverable before it leaves your queue. Zero caption errors, every time.
  • Build hook variations and iterations to support testing and scaling.
