This is a high‑output, high‑impact role where your edits directly drive views, engagement, and growth.
Your responsibilities
- Edit daily short‑form videos for TikTok & Reels.
- Captions
- Hooks
- Transitions
- Sound effects & trending audio
- Optimize pacing and storytelling for retention.
- Repurpose long‑form or live content into snackable edits.
- Collaborate closely on iterations with Creator & Director.
Experience we're looking for
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects / VN.
- Strong understanding of retention mechanics and short‑form editing style.
