Responsibilities

Sales Management Services has the main responsibilities and key tasks as follows:

  • Managing commercial performance through activity monitoring and CRM portfolio reviews to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyzing the business base to support sales managers in their strategy and knowledge
  • Strong contribution to responses provided to market surveys
  • Ensuring proper adherence to the commercial strategy in terms of Focus/XBorder
