We are seeking a skilled and dependable Villa Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all technical systems within a private villa. The role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering high standards expected in a luxury household environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to lighting, air conditioning, water systems, and appliances
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from household staff or residents
