The role requires hands‑on expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance with a strong focus on delivering high standards expected in a luxury household environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues related to lighting, air conditioning, water systems and appliances
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from household staff or residents
