Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Manager
We are looking for a high-level bookkeeper to join our growing construction company. We want someone organized, honest, proactive, and ready to grow long term with our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of QuickBooks experience
- Experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and data extraction software
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Comfortable brainstorming daily with staff, management, and ownership
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER
- PERFECT ENGLISH

- Construction experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll assistance
- Financial reporting
- Organizing invoices, deposits, and records
- Helping improve company systems and workflows
