Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mortgage Support Associate with a background in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will support lead generation, client follow-ups, and digital outreach activities while working closely with internal systems and client-provided portals. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with outbound calling, and hands-on experience with digital platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Reddit, and Facebook Marketplace.
