Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP systems.
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with U.S. labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support payroll administration, including timesheet review, tax filings, and benefit deductions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Create and update reports using Google Sheets and Excel as needed for HR metrics and payroll.
