Virtual Services Sales Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Virtual Services Sales team to achieve revenue, renewal, and pipeline targets.
- Drive performance across:
- Order intake
- On‑Time Renewal rate (e.g., E‑90 / contract‑based KPIs)
- Pipeline conversion
- Sales productivity
- Ensure adherence to the Global VSSR playbook, including:
- Opportunity assignment
- Coverage model (Leads, Accounts, Renewal)
- Sales cadence and funnel management
- Monitor and improve bFO discipline, tool usage, and data quality.
- Drive installed base growth through renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell initiatives.
- Coach and develop team members on remote selling, account planning, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Tendering, Operations, Commercial Excellence and Sales stakeholders to maximize opportunity conversion. ...
