Job Description

The Legal Counsel/Regulatory Lead supports day‑to‑day regulatory activities within VodafoneThree, providing expert legal and regulatory advice across the consumer and enterprise businesses. The role ensures regulatory compliance for customer propositions and communications, embeds governance in commercial decision‑making, and acts as a trusted advisor to product, marketing and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and delivery of compliant customer journeys, propositions, and communications across consumer and business brands, ensuring compliance with Ofcom and CMA requirements.
• Draft, review and approve customer‑facing materials to meet business and regulatory requirements, providing specialist counsel on consumer law and regulation.
