What You’ll Do
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will manage the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through completion, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for candidates, including:
- Drug screenings
- Background checks
- I‑9 verification
- Occupational health and medical testing
- State and city compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, records, and reports
- Provide timely status updates to recruiters and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with candidates through phone, email, SMS, and Microsoft Teams
- Ensure onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Manage multiple onboarding files simultaneously while meeting service‑level expectations
