A telecommunication company is seeking a VoIP Engineer in Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of VoIP technologies and telecommunication services, particularly SIP protocols. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting SIP proxies, troubleshooting escalated communications issues, and analyzing telephony traffic patterns. A degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Experience with open source VoIP tools and programming skills in Python, Elixir, or Go are a plus.
