Job Description

Role

1. Reports and follow-up

  • Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics.
  • Work closely with across functions in TFG
  • Vendor rebate and claim tracking
  • Daily Sales Team Calendar and Meeting monitor
  • Daily Sales Order Tracker and Red Flags
  • Weekly sales achievement publishing to People Managers
  • Weekly Stock and Aging achievement publishing
  • Monthly Price List and Sales Promos (Focus / Aging / Vendor Program)
  • Monthly Partner mailing of Product List
  • coordinate with PM and Finance for Vendor claims Claims Aging POE / POC capture etc.

2. Sales Data and Analysis

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within performance reports.
  • Analyze Volume Team Qtr HY and Annual KPIs to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
