Job Description
What you will do
- Manage product allocations to customers based on agreed final sales plans and supply signals using business‑specific volume management.
- Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales and supply scenarios.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and S&OP teams to address allocation challenges and support the release of order blocks as appropriate.
- Maintain and manage master data within volume management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist Demand Planners in collecting, reviewing, and optimizing sales forecasts in line with established systems and processes; support alignment between forecasted demand, available supply, and allocation logic.
- Communicate and align allocation updates, adjustments, and volume‑related scenarios with relevant stakeholders.
