We are currently supporting one of our banking clients in the search for their new Head of Digital Transformation, Project Management. The incumbent will own and drive their digital transformation agenda across Retail Banking from strategy to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects - on time, on budget, and built to last
- Continuous improvement of operational efficiency through automation, data analytics, and process redesign
- Adoption and embedding of digital tools and ways of working across Retail Banking
- Proactive risk management - spotting issues early and resolving them before they become problems
- Quality control standards and defect reduction through rigorous monitoring and improvement cycles
- ROI tracking and budget accountability across the transformation portfolio
