Job Title: VP – Engineering (EPCI) – Dubai Job Type: Full Time Staff role, reports to SVP 
Role Overview Provide executive leadership and governance for multi-discipline EPC engineering delivery across a portfolio of projects. Accountable for engineering strategy, technical integrity, resource planning, productivity, and integration with procurement, construction, and commissioning functions. 
The role supports business growth through bid support, capability development, and engineering transformation initiatives. Typical projects undertaken are FPSO or offshore HVDC. 
Engineering Strategy & Governance Define and implement engineering strategy aligned with company growth objectives. 
Establish engineering operating model, review gates, and technical assurance processes. 
Drive standardization, modularization, and digital engineering initiatives.
