Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Senior member of the team in front-to-end execution of fund finance transactions (including subscription finance and NAV finance) in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan)

  • Conduct due diligence, prepare credit applications (including financial models) and manage approval and closing processes

  • Lead the team on the preparation of RFP proposals, term sheets and other loan documentation

  • Assist portfolio and support teams in ad hoc post-closing matters

  • Keep abreast of market trends and current events in fund finance and the broader industry

  • Lead members of the team in the preparation of pitch books and participate in marketing activities
