VP – Infrastructure, Cloud and Operations Dubai Holding is looking to hire a VP – Infrastructure, Cloud and Operations, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. The role will lead enterprise-wide infrastructure strategy, cloud transformation, and technology operations, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performance digital foundation across Dubai Holding’s diverse portfolio. 
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Strategy & Transformation Define and execute Dubai Holding’s enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy aligned to business growth and digital ambitions 
Lead large-scale transformation of legacy environments into modern, cloud-native and hybrid platforms 
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies ensuring security, scalability, and operational consistency
