Job Description

To lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within Mashreq that is innovative, out-of-the-box and complements people’s learning journey. This position involves the strategic development, implementation, and management of comprehensive global and group holistic learning programmes that align with Mashreq’s goals and objectives. To Partner strategically with Groups and work closely with various senior stakeholders to identify learning needs, design innovative training solutions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training, learning and development initiatives.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of Learning and Development experience; Experience in banking and finance industry will be an added advantage.
  • Expert in training needs analysis, solution deployment and learning impact/evaluation
