AFFIN Group is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to develop and implement learning strategies that align with business goals. The role involves overseeing leadership development initiatives, conducting training needs analysis, and managing training budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (Master’s preferred) and at least 8 years of experience in learning and development. Strong knowledge in digital learning technologies and leadership development is essential.
