As Vice President of Leasing, you will lead leasing strategy for Armour Group’s property portfolio, including commercial and retail sectors. You will manage the leasing team and oversee all aspects of lease negotiations, working closely with brokers and tenants. Your dedication to high-quality spaces and strong relationship-building will ensure the success of tenants and the vibrancy of communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the leasing activities and operations team.
• Lead negotiations for key leases and partnerships.
• Provide mentorship to leasing and administrative staff.
• Foster relationships for lead generation in leasing.
• Coordinate with construction for tenant transitions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
