About the Opportunity
Dayforce is looking for a Wage Attachment Specialist II to join our Managed Team. The role involves reviewing, interpreting, and processing court‑ordered wage attachments such as creditor garnishments, child support, and state/federal tax levies to ensure accurate payroll deductions.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and process withholding orders, including garnishments, child support, student loans, and federal and state levies in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare and respond to inquiries and continuing answers for withholding orders.
- Proactively identify risks and conduct root‑cause analysis to ensure issues are escalated and resolved.
- Manage assigned work proactively to meet all commitments, including KPIs and client SLAs.
