Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take accurate orders from customers and serve/deliver food to them
  • Explain the menu to customers and make recommendations for complementary products
  • Communicate with kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Greet customers and prepare tables with attention to sanitation and order
  • Arrange food on trays, load trays with accessories (condiments, napkins, utensils), and serve orders correctly and promptly
  • Prepare food items such as soups, salads, sandwiches, and beverages
  • Address customer service issues promptly and refer to management when necessary
  • Work quickly while attending to multiple responsibilities, paying attention to details
  • Perform other tasks around the service area, kitchen, and dining area as assigned
