Duties and Responsibilities
- Take accurate orders from customers and serve/deliver food to them
- Explain the menu to customers and make recommendations for complementary products
- Communicate with kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Greet customers and prepare tables with attention to sanitation and order
- Arrange food on trays, load trays with accessories (condiments, napkins, utensils), and serve orders correctly and promptly
- Prepare food items such as soups, salads, sandwiches, and beverages
- Address customer service issues promptly and refer to management when necessary
- Work quickly while attending to multiple responsibilities, paying attention to details
- Perform other tasks around the service area, kitchen, and dining area as assigned
