Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort customers to their tables
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (advantageous but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
