Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (advantageous but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
