Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:Greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and answering questions about ingredients or allergies.
  • Order Taking & Delivery:Taking precise food/beverage orders, entering them into the POS system, and delivering items promptly.
  • Table Maintenance:Setting tables, clearing courses, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the meal.
  • Upselling:Recommending appetizers, beverages, or desserts to increase sales.
  • Payment Processing:Preparing final bills and processing cash or credit card payments accurately.
  • Safety/Hygiene:Adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
