Welcome guests
Approach and interact with guests in the correct manner as lay out by Hotel Standards
Detailed knowledge and presentation of Croco menu items and cooking methods
Assist guests based on their preferences
Deliver checks and collect payments
Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience
Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
