Responsibilities
- Greet and welcoming guests to their tables.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens silverware and glasses.
- Present menu and provide detailed information serve food & beverage orders and provide a courteous professional efficient and flexible service at all times following the hotels Standards of Performance.
- Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipments are working properly and are trained to work safely with it.
- Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
- Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
- Proven work experience as a Waitress.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Experienced in operating the MICROS POS system.
