Summary This position is located in the Food and Beverage Division of the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Department, Naval Air Station, Pensacola Fl. The incumbent will perform preparations in an assigned area prior to opening the dining room. Familiarize menu, record selections from guest, and turn into the kitchen. Serves dishes and beverages. Clear completed meals, clean tables and immediate area, and reset the table in preparation for the next guest. Must meet minimum age requirements. Responsibilities Performs necessary preparations in assigned area prior to opening the dining room such as: Setting the tables with cloths, silverware, glasses, condiments, napkins, and decorations. Prepares back-up tables with such supplements as butter, ice, coffee, fruits, juices, salads, and breads.
