We are recruiting for a Waking Night Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a child-focused residential home in Guildford.
You will be supporting young people aged 11 to 17 in a structured children’s home environment. The role is about being reliable, alert and calm throughout the night, making sure young people feel safe and supported.
This is a temp-to-perm role, with a genuine route into a permanent position once both sides are happy the fit is right.
