Job Description:
- Handle daily inventory processes, stock movements, and system transactions
- Ensure stock accuracy for inbound, outbound, and replenishment activities
- Monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and support stocktake audits
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on inventory-related matters
- Maintain proper inventory and administrative records
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained
- Follow and comply with GMP requirements and warehouse procedures
- Support process improvements for inventory control and warehouse operations
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned for warehouse operations
