Role and Responsibilities

Summary of duties:



- Supervision handling of all driving and deliveries for business purposes.

- Ensuring that SHEQ practices are adhered to.

- Supervision of company stock and tools per SHEQ requirements.

- Admin responsibilities relevant to post.





Basic Functions:

• Supervision of all deliveries and collection of invoices and business consumables.

• Supervise and oversee all company tools and stock used.

• Oversee use of company vehicles and uniforms

• Ensure all staff are performing their responsibilities to the required industry standard.

• Ensure stock received is correct per order and relevant customer requirement.

• Supervise and Ensure employees perform relevant chores in the morning.

• Ensure that vehicles are serviced regularly.

• Supervise vehicle checks every Monday.

• Supervise trailer checks every Tuesday.
