The incumbent of this position is primarily responsible for overseeing the activities related to material management of goods. Furthermore, this position also ensures quality assurance and compliance with HSE & ISO standards along with managing all financial and administrative matters of the warehouse.

Organize the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of storage space by assigning specific locations for specific items in the warehouses according to the warehouse storage plan.
Ensure monthly closing should be on time no document should be pending.
Monitor Slow moving/Dead Stock, highlight to dept and take corrective action after endorsement for Director.
Ensure safe environment for all all warehouse inventory e.g., protection from rain, dust, proper housekeeping (5S)+1S, personally and throughout the Warehouse.
Conduct self audit of each locations of warehouse , Prepare Aging Report, Plastic Pallet & Metal Cage reconcile report ...
