The Warehouse Inventory Controller ensures that all warehouse operations are lean, cost‑effective, and fully compliant with internal and external standards while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence & Financial Control

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed On‑Shelf Availability (OSA) targets and manage total warehouse costs.
• Timeline Management: Achieve Put‑to‑Zero (PTZ) and Dispatch targets on a weekly basis at minimum.
• Inventory Health: Ensure Pending‑But‑Not‑Loaded (PBNL) orders are kept current in age.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to ROS Compliance and internal audit standards.
