Job OverviewResponsibilities of the Returns Lead include:
+ Understand all inbound Returns Dock processes including but not limited to:
+ REF Inspect process
+ RTV Bedding process
+ Yard Maintenance process
+ Material Handling standards
+ STO process
+ Communicate with Yard Staff regarding trailer needs and movements and assess quality/safety of return trailer loading
+ Maintain media file storage for follow-up
+ Complete returns dock administrative duties:
+ Enter and maintain trailer/trailer quality information in SharePoint; load bar/load strap inventory reporting; chair box return/condition of boxes; accuracy of depot reporting; transfer of information from Guard Staff/Yard Staff to SharePoint
+ Enter trailer status (Processed, Not Yet Arrived, To Be Unloaded)
+ Correct any trailer discrepancy information received from other s...
