Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, leadership and guidance to the team reporting to him.
- Maintain smooth coordination with other Supervisors, end-user focal points, other supply organization personnel.
- Work with Deputy Warehouse Manager closely to update statistics on a daily basis and ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure implementation.
- Monitor performance and take adequate measures to improvement.
- Ensure Safety compliance and leadership to his team.
- Ensure the safe loading/off-loading, handling and delivery of Hazardous Materials / Chemicals and ensure availability of MSDS (Materials Safety Data Sheet) while transporting.
- Ensure RLIC specific Hazardous Materials / Chemicals Transport requirements are met during inter-facility/warehouse transfers and off plot deliveries
