Warehouse Management System Applications Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Applications Analyst. Reporting to the WMS Applications Manager, this role will provide technological solutions and reliable support for WMS across Asia Pacific warehouses. Contribute to system configuration, customization, integration, and optimization to enhance inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, operational efficiency, and scalability in a multi-site retail environment. Collaborate regionally to resolve issues, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement while adapting to diverse local needs and regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver application support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for WMS systems

Perform development, configuration, and customization in both platforms 

Design, coordinate, and test integration with ERP, OMS, TMS, and other systems (APIs, EDI, file exchanges)
