Job Description
The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:
- Responsible for managing the following disciplines in the
- warehouse department, Receiving department
- Reach truck operator, responsible for Replenishment all areas of the warehouse, ambient as well the fridge area
- Picking departments
- Stock take management
- Overall warehouse housekeeping
- Build and drive a high performing team to contribute to the overall performance
- Design and implement succession plans
- Staff performance evaluation
- Employee development plans
- Manage conflict and discipline required
- Motivate and inspire team
- Keep employees informed through meetings and written
