Job Description

• Lead the overall logistics department, overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance with company standards.
• Manage, train, and motivate the logistics team through task delegation, scheduling, quality checks, and performance development.
• Ensure safe, organized, and well‑maintained warehouse operations, including equipment and supply management.
• Oversee accurate and timely order fulfillment, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and shipping while minimizing errors and expenditures.
• Manage end‑to‑end inventory flow including receiving, storage, distribution, stock tracking, and monthly consolidated reporting.
• Optimize inventory levels and purchasing to prevent stock shortages or overstocking through strategic supplier coordination.
